Layout + Space Planning

Before any construction agreement, we enter a focused planning phase to draft your property, explore initial floor plan concepts, identify foundational elements, and tighten the scope and budget. We’ll visit the site to take measurements and photos. If you have original blueprints or finishes you want to keep, we’ll gather those too. An inspiration session helps align style and function, and we use this input to develop plans, elevations, and key details.

Once your layout is solidified, we review drawings with core trades, our structural engineer, and the city permitting desk to surface constraints early and adjust plans, timeline, or budget as needed.

This upfront exploration minimizes surprises, clarifies scope, and sets construction up for a smooth start.
